Vista have completed the replacement of three new radiant heating systems for prestige vehicle manufacturer BMW at their large Doncaster site.

This included a strict programme of night working to avoid disruption to site operations.
Vehicle production was able to continue safely and without impact upon a high volume of processing on site, despite all works being at height, due to Vista's focus on safe systems of work, exceptional customer care and active planning

Vista have just designed and installed a new power distribution system for international logistics company CAT at a major vehicle distribution facility.

This project included provision of compressed air outlets, mains voltage outlets and transformers to enable delivery of 110v power outlets to increase the safety of operatives working on vehicle processing lines.
Works were successfully programmed to avoid any production downtime and ahead of schedule.

This required a rapid deployment of our large team of professional furniture handlers to dismantle, and relocate office equipment and furniture to enable the client to move into new premises, whilst meeting very tight lease expiration deadlines to clear the premises.

An emphasis was put on ensuring that the quick turnaround did not detract from Vista's determination to ensure any waste items from its activities were assessed for upcycling where possible and separation of materials for recycling to minimise final disposal of any items to landfill. In doing this, several worthwhile charities benefited from donations associated with the savings Vista made by finding solutions to avoid landfill charges.

Prestigious car manufacturer BMW has embraced the low-emission technology of electric vehicles and sought the assistance of Vista Facilities in upgrading facilities at its massive distribution facility at Thorne, near Doncaster.
Firstly, electrical distribution capacity was surveyed by Vista and reported upon, to determine infrastructure requirements, followed by a requisite upgrade to the facilities. This included replacing and upgrading electrical distribution boards, which also presented the opportunity to rationalise the electrical distribution across the facility. Works were conducted without disruption to the high profile facility, which has a heavy production load across a multi-shift work pattern.
